I know exactly how you feel. Going to the library is like escaping into another world. Sometimes, I go just to hear the quietness and dream. Your thoughts about "the Library" remind me of the movie "Matilda." Thanks for the smile in todays blog.

Oh, the wonder of libraries. And I am so fortunate to live in an area with a number of amazing library systems. It's not uncommon for us to have stacks of books from four different independent libraries and I'm grateful that I can now renew our books online--it's saved us quite a bit in overdue fines.

We have several library systems too and with each of us having a library card, it adds up to a whole stack of library cards. I'm very thankful for renewing online, but even then, we sometimes have fines. At least, it's a good 'donation'.

I completely agree! A library is one of the most heavenly places, both the public one and personal ones at home too.

You won't believe this, but we just paid $40 of fines. It's those darn videos! (From now on, the library is for books ONLY for this crew :) (I also miss the stamped cards :)
