Ah, Monday morning! You've snuck up on me yet again...
I was hoping to share our experience of sipping pineapple juice while lazing on a Tahitian beach or better yet, sipping hot coffee after a long day's enjoyable walk through the Irish countryside...but I won't! Wouldn't want to bore you. :)
Sorry for the sudden absence on this blog. Life has been very busy lately. I wish it involved some creative and fun things instead of all the things that need to get done. Oh well. But now I'm back albeit sporadic and rather unimaginative. Like Greer, I've been feeling rather uninspired these past few weeks. But what about all those meals you've cooked, you ask? Well, okay. I have been cooking at least. We have been eating! However last week, I even lacked the desire to cook...just too busy, I guess.
But today is a new day, a gift from the Lord. And God is the same God: constant, unchangeable, patient, tender, fearsome, almighty, trustworthy...
I guess I should try and bloom where I am planted...
Ah, busyness can be such a stealer of peace! It's so great to have a God who is trustworthy and unchangable!

I hope you are inspired again. Summer is such a busy time and I think it's easy to be caught up in the busyness. I hope things slow down for you :)
