We have been having quite a bit of those moments here too. My 14 year old has been taking an electronics class and spends a lot of time at the table working, that expression on his face. I do love homeschooling! I hope your weekend is filled with everything you want!

I bet you he has already figured it out :)

Look at that concentration! He probably put it together like it was nothing.

The concentration...the determination! Some facial expressions don't need to be explained. Did he get the project finished? I'm sure the answer is "Yes."

My boys love those snap circuit sets! I have to say, I love the look on his face. That's the way I find myself looking at the snap circuits. I love the cool things we build, but I'm certainly called to task if I have to explain why they work! :-) Happy Friday in your schooling.

One more thought......a question totally unrelated to your post. Do you have any suggestions for resources on learning how to knit? I stopped in my local yarn store yesterday and they charge $80 for a beginner's class. I'm sure it would be really helpful, but that is out of my league. I've watched a few videos on you tube about casting on, knit stitch, and purl stitch, but I don't know how to make the jump from that to actually making something. Were there any books or online places that you found particularly helpful while learning? Thanks for your advice!!

Great shot of such concentration. Good job, D! I'm amazed at how much he resembles his dad here.
