Love it, Ellen! I have a half finished purse sitting on my sewing table. Really need to get to that one :) The bag is great. Were the pockets hard?

I am so envious of your seamstress skills! The bag is just perfect for spring.

PS- My stone is a grinding stone, although sadly I only own the top stone so it is just decorative.

Beautiful! Great color choices. My 241 tote is my new favorite bag:

Nice nice bag!!! (I noticed---no zipper!) Wish we lived closer--I'd give you a dive in my button box.

I like the darker button and I love your fabric! It is so "me"!!

Oh my, I love this little tote, so perfect for spring!!! Might have to make one of my own, thanks for sharing!

So cute and perfect for spring! I love the extra long handle. Wish my sewing skills were stronger so I can give this pattern a try. Sewing always intimidates me for whatever reason.

beautiful bag! i'm agreeing with you on the button, i think a darker brown would compliment better. i love the loop closure, nice choice on that one. i have about 3 yards of the coriander print (still) sitting on my fabric shelf :)
