No, you are not alone, the yarn is very lovely. I am suppose to be doing the stash challenge, but would you mind sharing where you purchased those?
I was glad to see I am not the only one who gets excited about a spool of baker's twine. I received mine right before the holiday's and it is still on the counter top! :)

PS- thanks for the comment the other day, the picture is marsh grass behind my home.

I could definitely just look (and touch) that yarn instead of knitting it into something.

I am wishing for some snow myself.

Donna

I still have a ball of yarn on my desk that I bought last summer because it's so lovely I know I have to make the most wonderful thing with it, and I just can't decide what.

randi

hmmm...your lunch looks quite good. i am hoping i have everything in the kitchen to make something like that today! :)

Laura

Such a lovely set of pictures :)

And you are definitely not alone at thinking yarn can be as good to look at as to work with. There are times when just getting out my stash, reorganising it and putting it back feels like a craft project all on its own!

Jodi

You are certainly not alone in just staring at yarn. I'm very guilty of that. Our foreign exchange student arrived yesterday and I was trying to "see" my house through his eyes. He's definitely thinking I have a fabric/yarn problem.

love the yarn! and no, you're not alone...i have many skeins whose purpose is just to sit and look pretty!

swanski

I love looking at yarn before knitting it up. I have a basket full that I look at while I knit.

You are certainly not alone. :)

Kristen

Oh, what are you knitting with the red? Don't worry, I have lots of yarn that is just simply eye candy :) I'm kind of enjoying this balmy January weather, although looking forward to the first good snow!
